TERMS & CONDITIONS
Use of the Classic Enamels website implies acceptance of the following Terms and Conditions.
1. Prices, description and availability of goods
All prices are shown in GBP (Pounds Sterling, £). All goods are sold subject to availability. Both price and availability are subject to change without notice. Where goods are temporarily out of stock we will contact you so that you may choose between a refund on the item, having it shipped when it is back in stock or selecting an alternative item. Whilst we take great care to ensure the product descriptions, pictures, information and prices are accurate we do not accept liability for any inaccuracies, errors or omissions. We maintain the right to decline orders without giving an explanation. Colours may vary slightly from those shown on the website due to the limitations of internet technology.
2. Payment Methods.
Orders may be paid by Visa or MasterCard credit or UK debit cards, or PayPal. All prices are in GBP (Pounds Sterling, £). Credit card transactions from outside the UK will be converted to local currency by the card company at their current exchange rates. Your card statement will show your transaction as ‘Classic Enamels, Stowmarket’. You may also send a cheque drawn on a UK bank (made payable to Classic Enamels), or postal orders, to Classic Enamels, 5 The Square, Combs Ford, Stowmarket, Suffolk, IP14 2AR. Payment may also be made by direct bank transfer, please contact us for bank details by emailing enamelsigns@gmail.com. If you wish to purchase large volumes of goods from us, or order on a regular basis, and wish to discuss price discounts and/or extended credit periods, please contact us on 0844 8844 866 or email enamelsigns@gmail.com
Carriage costs are calculated at Checkout. Packages are sent by Royal Mail in the UK and Royal Mail Airmail overseas. Parcels over 2Kg. are sent by carrier.
4. Returns Policy
If for any reason you are unhappy with the goods purchased you may return them to us within 7 days of receipt for a refund or exchange. It is your responsibility to take care of the goods before returning them and they must be returned in a condition in which they can be resold. When returning goods please enclose a covering letter detailing your name, address, order number, reason for return and whether you require a refund or exchange. You are also responsible for the cost of returning goods to us. If however the goods are defective, damaged or not as specified on your order acknowledgement we will refund postage. If returning goods damaged in transit we ask you to return them with the original packaging. We recommend that you use Recorded Delivery, as proof of shipping is not proof of receipt.
We cannot accept return of goods that have been made to the customer’s own specification.
6.1. Information Collection and Use
We are committed to protecting your privacy. We use the information we collect about you solely to process your order, or to contact you if any issue arises directly related to your order. We will not sell, share, or rent this information to third parties. During the registration or ordering process we collect some or all of the following information:
- Your name and address
- Your contact telephone number
- Your email address
- For credit/debit card purchases, your card details
We will confirm your details on acknowledgement of your order.
Registration is not required to use the website. However, to speed up repeat purchases and avoid retyping your personal details you may register with us and we will store your details securely with access protected by user name and password. When registering you may opt to receive Newsletters, special offers and website updates. If you no longer wish to receive promotional material from us you may opt out at any time by emailing enamelsigns@gmail.com

8. Legal
The laws of England and Wales govern the contract and in any dispute you agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the English courts.
